Quantock Lettings is part of the Quantock family of businesses, alongside Quantock Financial. Our lettings and management service is built on the same values: being fair, being honest and knowing the local market properly.

We tailor what we do to each landlord and tenant, so every let is handled with care, from finding the right tenant to managing the property day to day.

The people looking after your let

Neil Hudson

Neil has a natural ability to understand people and relate to their situations, and a real passion for all things property. He enjoys thinking creatively about every kind of home and has built strong, long-standing relationships with clients through hard work and honesty.

Neil lives on the Quantock Hills with his wife, Cheryl, and is never happier than when the two of them are out walking the hills with family and friends. He is keen to support local businesses on the Quantocks and in the Taunton area.

Cheryl Hudson

Cheryl enjoys everything to do with property and has always had an interest in buying, renovating, selling and letting. She knows the local area well and is particularly interested in rural homes, especially equestrian properties on the Quantocks.

Cheryl is married to Neil, and the two of them love sharing their corner of Somerset with the people they help. In her spare time you'll find her riding her horse across the hills.

Hattie Rogers

Hattie has a passion for helping people achieve their property goals. She believes good service starts with understanding the person behind every let, whether you're a landlord letting a home for the first time or a tenant looking for the right place to live.

With a straightforward and approachable style, she makes renting and letting as simple and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Hattie loves travelling, exploring new places and making the most of the outdoors.
